Quality of line is something I get a little obsessive about. As a result I go over my line work several time especially when using paint and ink. This requires me to do a clear coat before I rework any of my lines, without the coat of clear matte acrylic the particles from any air brush or spray paint work will clog the pen tips and ruin even a new one pretty quick.

It's funny to realize that most of my feelings of failure are rooted in misguided and often downright wrong expectations. Probably just me.
