Work it out.
Week 12, Day 4
Week 12, Day 3
There is a kind of confidence that is not rooted in arrogance but something more along the lines of long suffering. I will admit it’s a poor comparison but to be a good artist requires confidence not necessarily bravado but rather something much more subtle and substantial in essence you have to believe that what you are doing is worth doing and that is not always an easy task.

Week 10, Day 6
I do a lot of work that is centered around stylized characters but there is something really cool about adding characterizations to inanimate objects.
I really hope to do more work like this.
I think it would be a nice departure and I would be curious to see how people respond to it.
Maybe I’ll do a series of inanimate objects.
Maybe I’ll do a lot of things someday, hopefully someday soon.

Week 10, Day 4
Week 10, Day 3
Week 10, Day 2
The last three weeks have been freestyles.
This week I'm back to a plan.
I've had this image in my head for months. I finally feel like I'm ready to work with it.
I felt like it would really benefit from a thought full composition.
I also wasn't sure how much time I would have to work on it. These smaller sketches I can work on and refine anywhere a table, on the train or while I'm lying on bed. It's rare that it happens but this one is beautiful to me already. Whether or I ruin the final piece or not I suppose I'll still have this.
