The further a piece develops the more you can find smaller compositions within the larger composition. It is a real goal for me to always fully realize these opportunities. If I'm honest with myself I think I've only really done it a handful of times but I feel it is something I need to fully exhaust for my work to get where I want it to go. Or at the very least to know for sure if I want to go there or not.
